Paula Abdul Update: Abdul drops in on GMA

Published by realfan at 10:06 am under Entertainment Edit This

Paula Abdul gave an interview on “Good Morning America” this morning, touching on a variety of issues that are surrounding her public and private life. This time, viewers will not wonder if Paula was high on drugs, or drunk. Ms. Abdul was in great spirits, didn’t slur her words or lose her train of thought.

Concerning Paula Goodspeed, the “American Idol” hopeful that took her own life, Ms. Abdul told GMA that words could not really convey her emotional feelings regarding this unfortunate event.

Paula Goodspeed was found dead in a car near Paula Abdul’s  Sherman Oaks, CA residence. This 30 year old American Idol Fan had auditioned for the show during season 5 of 2006.

Paula Abdul might be making the rounds, at a few different talk shows. While on Good Morning America, Paula also made sure to pitch her new product line, that will be popping up on her home shopping network niche. She also tossed in a pitch for her “MTV” special, coming up at the beginning of the new year.

Regarding Kara DioGuardi, the newest American Idol judge to join the panel, Paula had only good things to say about her. Ms. Abdul told GMA that she met DioGuardi several years ago, they had lunch - became roommates - and now are coworkers on American Idol! How crazy is that?

Paula Abdul’s first comments about Kara DioGuardi joining the American Idol judge’s panel back in August, were less than kind. One day later, Paula Abdul issued a turn-around statement to the media saying, that Kara DioGuardi joining the American Idol panel would be good for the show. Since then, Abdul has been publicly, supportive of DioGuardi; much more so, than Simon Cowell has been toward Kara.

With Paula’s new wardrobe accessory line being introduced and her new MTV cheerleader competition special going to air within a few weeks - Plus, American Idol’s new season, on the horizon - It was nice of Paula Abdul to drop in on Good Morning America, to keep everyone abreast of her life and business tie-ins.
